Mercedes E-Class

I recently found my Merc E-class parked somewhere outside London with its rear windscreen smashed. After gingerly driving it home, I rang around a few places but the earliest appointment I could get was a good 5 days away. This is partly because the time I rang was around 5pm when most places would be closing and a spare rear windscreen is not something that is well stocked by most windscreen repair places. Through a recommendation, I rang My Car Glass. These guys were brilliant.! Not only did they manage to source a rear windscreen for me that evening, they even said they could sort my car out the next day!!! A technician called Tony came to my house the next morning at the appointed time , inspected the car and proceeded with his work. Needless to say, there was glass everywhere in the rear parcel shelf and rear seats. Tony did an amazing job clearing our the debris and was particularly meticulous in preparing the area to receive the new rear windscreen. Given this was a rear windscreen he took special care that the heating element and radio antenna were securely connected. The job took well over 90mins to complete after which I was invited to inspect. To say that this was a brilliant job is an understatement. I could hardly find any glass debris in the back of the car nor any on the rear parcel shelf. Tony also invited me to check the radio and rear heating element were both working before he left. Although I was upset finding a broken rear windscreen (which I have duly reported to the police), I was so glad of the rescue and service I got from MY Car Glass both for their assistance in sorting out my problem expeditiously but also for the very neat and tidy workmanship. I generally do not give online feedback but given the impeccable service, I felt very obliged to on this occasion. Many thanks guys!
